How to Use
1. Remove VIO2® tape by lifting it from the backing paper.
2. Choose an orientation to position the VIO2® tape.
3. Close your mouth and press down to ensure the tape is secure. Wait 5-10 minutes after any skincare is applied to secure the tape
4. Remove by gently peeling away from skin. Discard after use.

As a longtime user of another popular brand of mouth tape with greater coverage, I was a little concerned the "H" shape wouldn't work well for me, but I was looking for a mouth tape without harmful chemicals. I have a thicker mustache and "Wyatt Earp" style goatee (as somebody called it), but this works great! I orient the tape in an standard H shape, and place the center bar directly on my lips and the vertical side strips on my mustache and on both sides of my goatee. It holds great, and I have less pulling on my facial hair when I remove it than the other brand. Very happy with these.
