Refund policy

VIO2 Return Policy

If for any reason you need to return your unopened products, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, minus the original shipping costs. Because VIO2 is a personal care item (like a toothbrush), we are unable to accept opened or used products for a refund. 

Return Process

Email us at hello@vio2tape.com to request a return authorization before sending your item back. Please include your order number, product you are returning, and the reason for your return in your email.

Once your return is authorized, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund minus the original shipping fees.

Important Notes:

  • Only items returned within 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for a refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

  • VIO2 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so please ensure you use a reliable shipping carrier.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the delivery location.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. USPS is also experiencing staffing issues so this also might slightly delay your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking information provided.

Failed Deliveries and Address Errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. VIO2 is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@vio2tape.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage when reaching out.
