Very pleased with this mouth tape. It does not leave any marks or irritation on your skin. I use them every night. You can still use a straw if a sip of water is needed too!

Great mouth tape for back sleepers trying to migrate toward nose breathing and prevent chin from dropping when you sleep. You can use two ( one on each outer corner ) if the center placement bothers you

Best mouth tape I have tried. It doesn’t cover your whole mouth, which is nice. It stays in place, keeping your mouth shut. The tape is extremely light and flexible. Highly recommend!

Love this product more than I thought I would!

I’ve been a regular user of the original VIO2 tape for a while, so I wasn’t sure I needed anything different. I had the chance to try SKIN+ and liked it a lot more than I expected. It has the same fit I’m used to, and it felt even more gentle on my skin. The skincare built into each strip is a nice touch. I’ll keep both in rotation.

Easy to apply and remove, so comfortable and I can even talk with it on if needed. I actually had a dentist tell me that my sinuses are so naturally inflamed (from teeth pulling as a kid so my face and palette developed narrow) that if I used mouth tape, I would suffocate and die in my sleep. 🙄 I trusted myself to experiment with the mouth tape during the day while doing things around the house or watching tv- and I was fine. And after more than one year, I can say I’m sleeping MUCH better than before and actually have a hard time even napping without the tape to help keep my mouth closed and allow me deep, restful sleep. This IS BETTER than sliced bread. It is the reason im still using my biPap. I was just about to give up. Tried this and it was 1000 times better than every other thing i tried.

These tapes have extremely helpful with my sleep issues.
I have retained my nigh-time mouth breathing, and they have supported my whole health regime greatly!
They are superior to other tapes i have tried for this purpose.

It’s amazing and my husband and I use it every night to breath though our nose and not our mouth. We are 69 and 70 and would recommend this to anyone trying to get better sleep!
