My dentist recently gave me a sample of VIO2 Mouth Tape, and I was honestly surprised by how much I liked it. I’ve heard about mouth taping before, but this is the first one I’ve tried that actually feels comfortable and easy to use. The tape is really gentle on my skin—no irritation at all—and I didn’t feel like my lips were completely sealed shut. I woke up without that usual dry mouth feeling, and I definitely noticed my sleep felt deeper and more restful. I never thought something so simple would make that big of a difference.

I absolutely love this melt tape. It works very well. I was skeptical about the shape, but I do like that. It is either use virtually or horizontally and both are very comfortable. Definitely won’t be going back to my old math tape.

My husband has found that using your tape gives him more non-interrupted sleep. Because he was having some health problems, he was waking up every couple of hours. But I also wondered if he was waking himself up (snoring) and that was the real problem. After he started using your tape, he started sleeping at 4 hours intervals instead of 1-2 hours. This mouth tape has changed my life. I have a deviated septum and have always had fitful disrupted sleep. That is, until I started using this mouth tape! It gives me such solid sleep. I make it through the night and wake up feeling rested. I’ve used it for 2+ years and will never go back. It leaves room to drink water (with a straw) and doesn’t feel claustrophobic like other tapes I’ve tried. The material is stretchy, but feels supportive. I truly cannot recommend a product more. I’ve had all of my friends try it and they’re just as obsessed! 10/10 would recommend.

My CPAP sleep therapy is so much better and I am more confident with less events from my sleep apnea condition. I achieve 100% as a score most nights now. The mouth tape works well.

Good adhesive. Never comes off until I want it to.

I had been looking at a lot of mouth tape brands and decided to try this one because I liked that it didn’t cover the whole mouth, to feel claustrophobic. I don’t even notice that this is on at night, and it comes off easily. I don’t wake up nearly as often during the night now, and according to my sleep tracker app, my sleep cycles are longer since starting to use the tape. I will continue using this!

Amazing quality

My sleep has improved since I started using Vio2 Sleep Tape a few months ago. My snoring is not so loud, and I don't wake up with a mouth as dry as the Sahara desert. The tape is easy to apply and easy to remove and has not caused a problem with my notably sensitive skin.

Easy to use, sticks well and I am able to take a drink through a straw easily at night. More importantly, my mouth does not fall open and wake me up! Highly recommend this product!
