Very good. Actually stay put all night and yet easy to remove in the morning leaving no sticky residue behind. Love the lightweight natural feel of the fabric that is used which make it very comfortable to wear. The shape allows your mouth to move a little bit so you don’t feel trapped. Very well thought out in every way.
The absolute best mouth tape and I have tried them all! It’s comfortable, allows you to move your lips while keeping your mouth closed, and doesn’t rip your skin when taking off. I’ve never slept better than since I started wearing this tape! If I am without it, I can tell a big difference in how I feel when I wake up. I have ordered and reordered so many times and will never stop!
