How to Use
1. Remove VIO2® tape by lifting it from the backing paper.
2. Choose an orientation to position the VIO2® tape.
3. Close your mouth and press down to ensure the tape is secure. Wait 5-10 minutes after any skincare is applied to secure the tape
4. Remove by gently peeling away from skin. Discard after use.

After spending A LOT of money trying different mouth tapes, this one is worth 10 🌟. As a dedicated mouth breather (not good) at 67, health issues were showing up as a result. Honestly mouth tape freaked me out. Once I realized I needed to correct my mouth breathing before things got more serious, I started my journey. I started with the cute "lip shape" ones. I totally circumvented it in my sleep and could still mouth breath. During my journey I did find another company with good ethics and high standard, non-toxic materials but they offer it in the larger rectangle shape. Aging skin gets a bit thinner, so the constant removal of the large patch started really irritating my skin.
Enter VIO2. Safe, non-toxic and the shape is brilliant. I have to use it in the "H" position to overcome sneaky mouth breathing but I NEVER have irritated skin. My daughter is able to use it in the "I" position. After years of snoring, that is all gone and the other health issues are slowly reversing themselves. Also I still get dry mouth at night and can sneak a straw in the side of my mouth and take a sip of water and not mess up the tape. I highly recommend this brand!
