I will die by the fact that mouth tape has changed my life for the better! I will notice throughout the day that I am breathing through my nose naturally now where 6 months ago I was a complete mouth breather. Better sleep, better oral health, better sport endurance breathing, better life! Don’t think twice, get this mouth tape!

I've always slept on my back but started to wake up with my mouth open. Sometimes I would wake up from a light snore. Every morning my mouth was so dry. I tried this product and for the past week, I've been sleeping so soundly! I feel calmer throughout the day. I'm not kidding! I went on my run and was breathing through my nose more! It's like a muscle and I had started to mouth-breathe! I also have an allergy to latex and most band-aids so I was concerned. This is such a well made product. Very strong - your mouth does not fall open, yet easy to peel off in the AM. It's like sports tape. I have one complaint/request: Can we please make some cute colors or like fun band aid prints? I would love some hearts or flowers. Some neon pink strips! Please!! I'll be using these no matter what!! Please also don't raise the price. One of the few things out there that is SO worth it!!

simple, comfortable, and incredibly effective. my snoring stopped the first time I tried the tape and I woke up feeling refreshed, I actually slept through the night. I keep asking my wife, "am I snoring???" and she says "nope". In the past my snoring would rattle the neighbors now I'm quiet as a mouse.

I’m not here to tell you exactly how this small piece of tape does the Lord’s work, but here I am, sleeping through the night, waking up feeling good, and even getting the approval of my partner, despite a clear “get on your side” once the tape goes on. Will continue to use and recommend!
